Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at faida.serviceclient@gmail.com. Please note that the return address will be provided after validation by our customer service team.
For a change of mind return, return shipping costs are at your expense. For a defective or non-conforming item, a return label will be provided. Instructions on how and where to send your parcel will be given. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if they have been worn, even once. Any returned item showing signs of use (odours, marks, deformation) will be refused and sent back to the sender at their expense.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
