Shipping policy
Order processing
All orders are prepared on demand. Processing time is 2 to 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 3 to 7 business days
International: 7 to 14 business days
These timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales, exceptional events).
Shipping costs
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination:
• European Union: €0.99, free from €100 of purchases
• International (outside the EU): €24.99, free from €100 of purchases
Taxes and customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may be required upon receipt of the parcel. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are governed by the customs regulations of the destination country. FAIDA cannot be held liable for these charges or any delays related to customs clearance.
Order tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Delivery issues
We cannot be held responsible for:
delays attributable to the carrier;
address errors provided at the time of ordering;
any customs fees applied by the destination country.
In the event of a damaged or undelivered parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date, including any relevant information or photos.
